  • Plan and manage eDM lead nurturing and automation, from content and segmentation through to reporting
  • Lead organic and earned social strategy across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
  • Manage relationships with UGC creators and influencers where relevant
  • Work with stakeholders to keep our brand websites intuitive, on-brand and easy to use
  • Stay ahead of trends and opportunities across digital and social so we’re always executing the right strategy at the right time

  • Confident with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and using data to inform decisions
  • A meticulous, detail-oriented approach paired with a creative mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence presenting ideas and results
  • A genuine appetite to keep learning as tools and platforms evolve
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Keen to team, you easily collaborate with others and proactively communicate to keep us moving and growing together
